- Join with your name, email, contact mobile number and password. Use your email and password to sign in. Your contact number does not establish account ownership or transfer points between accounts.
- A paid, completed website order with a food subtotal under $30 earns 5 points. A subtotal of $30 or more earns 10 points. Delivery fees do not count. The subtotal is measured after discounts; staff verify the actual amount paid.
- Points are awarded once per order, after staff confirmation. Sending a WhatsApp message or playing the animation does not earn points. Cancelled orders earn none; refunded orders lose the points originally awarded. This can leave a negative balance if those points were already spent.
- 200 points reserve one free Oribu Offer box. It has no lucky draw QR code or entry and earns no points. Availability and collection or delivery must be confirmed by Oribu. Delivery fees may apply. Points have no cash value.
- 200 points are deducted when you confirm a reward request. If staff cancel the unfulfilled request, those points are returned. A fulfilled reward cannot be reused.
- Your name, contact number, login identity, order details and rewards activity are used to operate the program. Authorized staff can access member and order records. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never shown to restaurant staff. Your browser saves login tokens, never your password, to keep you signed in. Clearing site data or browser privacy settings may remove them. Protect your password and sign out on shared devices. A contact phone number is not proof of account ownership. Reset your password through the Forgot password link and your account email; never share a password or verification code in chat.
- Registration is separate from the lucky draw. You can choose promotional emails when registering or under Email preferences. You can withdraw consent under Email preferences in your account; each future campaign must also include an unsubscribe option. For corrections, account deletion or privacy questions, contact Oribu. Oribu may need to retain transaction records where required.
